By accessing or using the Soil Analysis App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including farmers, agronomists, and agricultural consultants.

2. Description of Service

Soil Analysis App is a web-based tool that provides:

• Soil sample data tracking and visualization
• Field boundary management
• Nutrient trend analysis over time
• Yield correlation analysis
• Interactive mapping of soil data

All user data is stored in the user's own Google Sheet. The App processes data locally in your browser and does not maintain servers that store your information.

The App is provided free of charge.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate soil sample and field data
• Maintain access to your Google account and connected Sheet
• Not use the App for any illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App
• Not use the App to store sensitive personal information unrelated to agriculture
• Take responsibility for all agronomic and farming decisions based on analysis from the App

4. Data Ownership

Your data belongs to you. Specifically:

• All soil sample data, field boundaries, and yield data you enter remains your property
• Data is stored in YOUR Google Sheet, which you fully own and control
• We do not claim any ownership or license to your agricultural data
• You may export, delete, or transfer your data at any time

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Analysis results will be accurate or complete
• The App will meet your specific agricultural needs
• Any defects will be corrected

The App is NOT a substitute for professional agronomic advice. Soil analysis, fertilizer recommendations, and farming decisions should be made in consultation with qualified agricultural professionals.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precision Farms LLC and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any crop losses, yield reductions, or agricultural damages resulting from use of the App
• Business decisions made based on App analysis
• Data loss (your data is stored in your own Google Sheet, which you control)
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

You use this App at your own risk. Always verify important agricultural decisions with qualified professionals.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services:

• Google Sheets: Subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Map Providers: OpenStreetMap and Esri satellite imagery

We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.

8. Termination

By You: You may stop using the App at any time. To fully disconnect:

• Revoke access at Google Account Permissions
• Clear browser localStorage if desired
• Your Google Sheet data remains yours

By Us: We may discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice. We will make efforts to provide advance notice for significant changes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Kansas.
